Since both are weakened in the same degree, there shouldnt be a problem.

Ice type attacks aren't weakened in delta stream, delta stream removes flying type weaknesses. It buffs flying types, not nerf ice.

@Dragon Yes but in a double battle for example, a ground type is with Ray, the ground type is still weak to ice, it's only flying type that gets the buff in defense, ice remains unaffected.
