Zygarde was fast enough to fight Necrozma in a one-on-one battle and to exchange blows with the latter; consequently, the latter also has infinite speed.

Mewtwo was able to react to Zygarde, and to block attacks from it consequently, Mewtwo has infinite speed too.

Deoxys was able to fight Mewtwo over several frames, it is seen able to totally outspeed him, Deoxys moves multiple times and makes several movements, while Mewtwo is totally immobile; Deoxys here perceives Mewtwo as frozen, who has infinite speed, a criterion of immeasurable speed, so he is therefore attributed immeasurable speed.

Rayquaza managed to hit Deoxys by attacking it and was able to hit it without Deoxys being able to escape; in short, Rayquaza has immeasurable speed as well.

^^

I'm ok with zygarde scaling to necrozma speed given the latter can travel infinite distances

The rest are hard for me to judge

Why would we use the only means in this if you want something when anime needs time to perform speed feats very below
even games we know that Zygarde has 0 feats close to infinite speed and neither Xerneas nor Yveltar have it eithe

I scale Zygarde to infinite speed through Necrozma, so it's up to you to debunk Necrozma

I find it odd that a travel speed feat across Ultra Space is being used as direct evidence of infinite combat speed. To my knowledge, the two aren’t interchangeable without strong contextual support. At best, this to me seems like an outlier and is certainly not a solid basis for scaling an entire chain of characters.

Even within the scene, neither Zygarde nor Necrozma appear to be fighting at anything close to infinite speed, nor is there any indication that they’re traversing a realm akin to Ultra Space mid-battle. It's just in the sky above Alola. Trying to retroactively apply an unrelated travel feat to a standard midair clash is a clear stretch. They’re simply clashing in the sky here.

More critically, I don’t believe Zygarde even possesses the ability to traverse Ultra Space in the first place. That capability is explicitly tied to Necrozma and the Ultra Beasts. Not Zygarde. Yet this entire speed chain hinges on the unsupported assumption that Zygarde can not only travel through Ultra Space, but can also travel across it infinite speed, and that this somehow translates into its combat abilities. That’s a significant leap in logic without any narrative or direct justification. And thus far I find the evidence lacking beyond presenting a chain.

Count me as neutral, leaning on disagree. I want to see what others think/have to say before voting one way or the other.
