Who scales to the higher AP and durability?

After that, this version of Raven is noticeably less hax and not as versatile nor does she resist a decent amount of Twilight's hax. Meanwhile, Twilight resists some of Raven's and has counters, while the only thing I can aee her succumbing to is maybe time manip and soul manip.

I feel like Twilight has better odds in hax, but it remains to be seen on who's the stronger and morw durable of the two.

Gonna bump this now because I wanted to make a Low 2-C version but apparently that's an outlier for Raven? Don't see how her White Raven form isn't at least universal but whateva. I still think Twilight has the versatility, but I'm not sure who leads with what here.
