Raven scales to her Father, Etrigon (in his 4B state). And scales to New 52 Superboy, and slightly weaker than New 52 era Martian Manhunter.

Doesn't really have a starting move. Like most of the time, she was playing support by teleporting and stuff. But if I had to say one ability, it would have to be energy manipulation
 
No clue, sorry. I checked the entire scaling chain until Orion but couldn't find a salc in their ap section.

But according to this post, Raven should be below 2.7 Kilofoe: https://vsbattles.com/threads/panth...postflash-point-concluded.113068/post-3609578

The reason I say she is below 2.7 Kilofoe is because of a super long scaling chain, but essentially, she is weaker than her father, who should be comparable to wonder woman and superman.
 
Twilight should have the AP advantage (4.089 Kilofoe vs 2.7), but Raven is liable to get sealed in crystal or transfigured. Soul Self is a bigger issue, but she has npi, so it shouldn't be too big a problem.
