You're not exactly making any actual proposals here, you're always free to create profiles yourself given you have the proper formatting, scans, calcs and references so they can be up to wiki standard so that they pass content mod checks

yup I'd say create a blog for the profile first and spend time gather the process scans needed and formatting everything like that so that you can make an effective profile
