Rash (Battletoads) needs his Killer Instinct Combat Traits.

We shouldn't be treating his guest character in Killer Instinct as the same as his mainline Battletoads counterpart. If we want to do that, we should create a 2nd profile that uses KI powers, abilities and scaling.
