Rarity scales to Applejack in combat speed as they matched each other in a pillow fight, and reacted to AJ's lasso toss, which AJ has a likely far higher rating in, scaling to Rainbow Dash's flight speed, so Rarity with magic should also have a far higher rating.

Also wait a sec, now that I think about it this could also apply to AP cause they staggered each other with their pillow strikes. Obviously they're not trying to seriously hurt each other but they still did bypass each other's durability somewhat and when their pillows hit Twilight in the middle they seemed to affect her equally.

We still need some input here.

I mean, Rarity already does downscale to Applejack, Rainbow Dash, etc. So that’s why Rarity has a Low 6-B rating still since the gap between the highest end of Low 6-B and the lowest end of 6-B is so close. Rarity also scales above young RD, who is the reason the Low 6-B feat exists in the first place
