Ranking all of the 2-A verses from strongest to weakest

Between all of the fictional verses, who's strongest characters stop at 2-A, which ones are the strongest?

For example, if jojo and barney the dinosaur were the only fictional verses that capped at 2-A and barney's strongest character can solo jojo then barney would be listed above jojo. However a verse like digimon would not be on the list since it has beings above 2-A. Speed is unequal. Everyone in character.
