For example, a character distorts space-time and enters a dimension that is described as "beyond time and space" and also mentioned as being superdimensional
Does this dimension need a volume to be considered 5D or something like that?
Being superdimensional can probably support the presence of another axis but it is not enough. Also, the size of the realm is necessary if to get at least a possibly Low 1-C.

Superdimensional is a rather vague and somewhat flowery term. Based on what you've given, it could imply 5-D, but overall, it would require some context to show that the superdimensionality in question is actually superior to the standard 4-D structure.
