GoB has travel time and Flagg can perfectly dodge it with his shape-shifting, cause I doubt Flagg will jerk around when he sees someone is a higher dimension then himself. Like, seriously. Why would you make a match with Flagg of all characters?

I mean, I'm pretty shown Gil wasn't shown to have HD physology himself, but he indeed has HD AP, so doubt Randall would know about that.
