Still,i don't see Ram one-shot,Youmu is more skilled in swordmanship,afterimage might be helpful here.

Also:

• Youmu speed: Massively FTL+ (One of the fastest people in Gensokyo, and thus superior to Reimu or Marisa)

• Ram speed: Massively FTL+ (Can keep up with base Sol)

I don't see an speed equalization is needed,but eh wathever,i will equalize it.

Reimu can fly interstellar distances, which is like millions to billions FTL.

Ram is trillions.
