Ram is so cooked. Zoro is more skilled, has higher AP at his peak, can coat his attacks with durability negating properties that allow him to oneshot people who he can't damage otherwise, can knock her out with Haō, can overpower her only wincon (dura neg wind storm) with his own wind storm like he did to Kaidou, has busted precog with Kenbun, and can blitz her with Iai attacks that are such a big amp that even proficient kenbun users struggle to react to.

At first, he'll typically use his physicals, including his cybernetically enhanced and extendable arm, neck, and tail, as well as a claw in his hair that he can superheat, but if he's got enough distance, he'll use his duraneg lasers or his guns, whose bullets are able to hit FTL characters for some reason. He also often carries swords.

If things get dangerous, he'll use the environment to his advantage, even playing dead if necessary. He'll also shoot his neck out and crush people in a snake form while hitting them with rocket launchers. The snake form can even crush the innards of Armament Haki users.

If he's got all his good gear on him, he'll also use bullets with deadly diseases.

His Vinsmoke amps allow him to use barrages of lasers, and his abilities to electrify himself and turn invisible.

This is supported by his Haki. He has Observation to an unknown, but likely good, degree, and Armament, which he has previously used to harden his arms to block attacks that could deal significant damage to him.

All the while, his Ancient Zoan amps his stats and gives him regen.

Those lasers can instantly punch through characters that are drastically superior to those that can resist lightning, if one of them hits her, her torso will be gone.

I lazy, so i gonna copy Zabazab comment on How Ram fights real quick. Is also because i agree.
Typically Ram first takes advantage of her opponent's vision through her Clairvoyance, overlapping her vision with her opponent's vision, allowing her to predict their movements with greater ease than if she was literally reading their mind.

She's then likely to use invisible wind magic in attempt to cut apart Quuen while approaching for CQC.

In CQC, she uses wind magic in order to rapidly increase her speed and suddenly decrease it, in order to prevent her opponent from developing a method of countering. Additionally she utilizes all of her limbs for combat while coating them in invisible blades of wind.

did you miss the part where she has FTL combat and reaction speeds and the fact that she can basically know what he is going to do before he even thinks?

She doesn't have infinite stamina, she can only dodge for so long, and if she gets hit once, she's losing a limb.

I really curious how you read all of that, and comes to the conclusion he is in anyway comparable to Garfiel. Like, 95% what Slend said Garfiel don't have on his arsenal and can't do, and they not even fight similar, like what?

true i was overestimating Queen, he has nothing on my boy garf
Anyways, what i was talking about was being Oversized and having a higher AP

Voting Queen with relative ease.

Queen has near-infinite stamina with his lasers, being able to shoot out hundreds at a time constantly from dusk to dawn. Each laser can individually being tens of meters in size and the resulting explosions having radii of hundreds of meters. The lasers are difficult for Kenbunshoku users like Zoro to constantly dodge due to the sheer number of them, meaning that someone like Ram will get tagged before long, especially considering how bad her stamina would last her due to having released 5 shackles while just 1 lasts her 10 minutes. Queen is able to shoot these lasers from his eyes, mouth, tail, hair, and limbs without any charging time, meaning that Ram will always be on her toes.

Queen also mixes in his own physical attacks with his danmaku lasers to overwhelm his opponents, attacking them with more dura neg when they're in a position to where it's impossible to dodge (mid-air, mid-attack, etc).

Even without using his lasers, the sheer nature of Queen's attacks are so relentless and unpredictable that he was able to overwhelm and tag a Kenbunshoku Master like Sanji, who has already shown the ability to out-sense and out-predict people who can literally see the future such as Luffy and Katakuri.

SBA states that Queen has access to his standard equipment, meaning he has his sword and viruses. Queen's viruses are incredible deadly. Just one touch from his Mummy Virus brings someone instantly to near-death with a severe fever, and Queen has access to a version 200x more potent that he can release in gas form whenever he wants. Queen also has his Oni Virus that freezes the opponent and turns them into an uncontrollable frozen zombie. Queen can put these viruses inside of his gatlig gun as presumably inside of the one in his mouth as well, with these guns being able to tag people superior to his Zoan form in speed such as Zoan Marco (who can blitz him), and because speed is equalized to Queen's base, Ram would need to exert herself more than normal to try to avoid getting hit. Queen can coat both of these viruses on his sword and presumably on his cyborgified body parts as well, meaning that any form of physical contact as small as a graze that Ram makes with Queen would instantly spell defeat. Queen has Reiju's poison abilities, making matters even worse.

Queen can also turn invisible, which grants him Stealth Mastery on such a level that not even Sanji could sense him with Kenbunshoku Haki before getting a Haki bloom, meaning that Ram quite literally would not know or be able to avoid the danmaku lasers or virus gas before it'd be too late.

Queen also has insane stamina and endurance , being superior to the likes of Jack and Ulti and being able to take several durability negating hits from the likes of Sanji and Marco without it taking even a percentage of his tank in the long run. Jack was able to fight for 120 hours straight against 2 opponents who got rest periods and who have relative AP and Durability to him, and in the end they were the ones gassed and injured while Jack was unbothered. Ulti was able to take a durability negating attack from Big Mom that has 2x the AP of Ram's peak and stand up right after. This is without mentioning Queen's regeneration, which would allow him to come back from anything Ram can throw at him in the span of just 10 minutes.

On top of everything else, Queen is capable of using Busōshoku Haki, which allows Queen to negate her regeneration and resistances as well as defend against her slashing attacks (Haki's resistance to slashing attacks can allow people to withstand attacks with as much as 4x greater AP). He can also use Kenbunshoku Haki, meaning that nothing Ram does would be a surprise to him as he'd know what she does before she even does it, and he'd be able to respond and react accordingly much faster than she can due to the Statistics Amplification that it grants.

Ram's only bet here is to immediately start out with her durability negating wind storm, but Queen can honestly just endure through it with his natural durability, endurance, regeneration, and Haki so that he can turn invisible and restrain her with his far superior LS of 100,000x and cause internal organ damage beyond repair.

In terms of what Ram is capable of, one of her most significant skills is Clairvoyance, a technique that allows her to steal the field of vision of her opponent. By alligning her own vision with theirs, she becomes capable of reading her opponent with greater ease than if she was literally reading their mind. This nullifies advantages such as sneak attacks, playing dead, invisibility, and grants generally phenomenal analytical prediction.

As for how she generally fights, she uses her instinctive, gifted sense for combat rather than any formal school of martial arts, mixing wind magic with limb strikes. At a distance she'll abuse Clairvoyance to snipe with invisible blades of wind magic; even the lowest class of wind magic being capable of beheading people comparable to her; the second-lowest class of wind magic being capable of beheading people far stronger than her; and the highest class of wind magic being able to completely pulverize people comparable to her to the degree that not even a drop of blood remains.

If the distance is closed, she prefers to engage in a mix of wind blades in mid-range and limb strikes in close range. By coating her body in wind magic, she can rapidly accelerate and decelerate her own attacks, making developing a counter impossible even for the Sin Archbishop of Gluttony, who is capable of using and mixing every school of martial art from east or westā€“ possessing multiferious superhuman techniques impossible of being reconstructed by anyone. This coating of wind magic additionally allows Ram to give even blunt strikes a cutting edge greater than even a treasured sword.

Ram's combat IQ sits in the upper echelons of her verse, being considered a genius who was the prodigy of the Oni even with a single horn, and impresses seasoned genius fighters such as the Sword Demon. At Ram's level, upon seeing an attack once it will almost never land again, even if repeated in great numbers. Danmaku consisting of countless projectiles can be weaved through without a scratch, and attacks that blow away the entire room they're inā€“ even with their senses cut off by magicā€“ can be avoided without harm through superhuman intuition.

As for Ram's weaknesses, her typical time limit on her Shackles is no longer a factor thanks to her using Rem's horn via Synesthesia to provide her Oni flesh with the mana it requires to operate, replacing her time-limit with how willing she is to place the burden onto Rem. Ram can shift her shackles freely to reduce or increase Rem's burden and her own power.
 
I maybe jumping the gun here but i really dont see a way for Queen to be able to properly hit Ram, like she can dodgle all of his shit with relative ease and spam her attacks till he collapses from too much damage or smth.
Normally I wouldnt think that Anal precog would be enough to dodge but Ram can basically see what he sees. Even the Obs Haki would be under her view making it almost entirely useless
His Haki is also not enough to tank all of her hits, a well placed Al Fura would VAPORIZE him
