Spider-Man sees all of the villains he has fought fight each other so he goes and fights them all

Pretty much everyone in this verse is fighting each other

the symbiote suit on Spider-Man’s profile is restricted

Unless the fight takes place near water, Sandman should win fairly easily. Even Spider-Man had a hard time even harming him and was almost killed by Sandman when he was pinned down. None of the characters can get past Sandman’s regen and elemental intangibility. Even if everyone got accessibility water, he can come back with a small amount of sand. I’m voting Sandman!

The place’s would look something like this

Why is venom #5? He was cabable of overpowering and pinning down Spider-Man.

That’s a fair point. But wouldn’t the sound of the bombs from the goblins frustrate him, leaving him vulnerable? Plus a couple of bombs should be enough to take Venom, what’s stopping Spidey from using his spider sense and stealing bombs from the goblins and bombing Venom if OG goblin hadn’t done that first?

If the battlefield has the weaknesses of the characters and these can be used, i say it would go like this:

1. Spider-Man
2. Venom
3. Green Goblin
4. Dr. Octopus
5. Flint Marko
6. Little Goblin Jr.

If all their Weaknesses are present then Spider-Man tells Harry to help him take out everyone else first since they're literally Allies by the end of the Third Movie.
