There are a few points I could try to counter but, overall, yeah im giving up on this match.

Depending on how good the sealing is, and on top of time travel + erasure of it, Nemesis kinda has no chance against that.

Try and counter. I mean I haven't seen Nemesis counter Low 1-C Time Stop before but still. The Kukui I know wouldn't give up. OvO

But Low 1-C stuff period beats Beyblade tho (also, since its Low 1-C, Nemesis can't replicate it).

The only point that would debatable is sealing since, depending on how good it is, Nemesis can remain completely unaffacted if its able to weaken it or if there's holes in it. And I doubt that here.

So yeah, Nemesis loses.
