Ragnarök-RP Thread

"All right..."

"It's just so much loss! All of the families torn apart by all this, it's not fair to anybody, it's just... senseless..." Rhongomyniad said with a shaky voice, tears forming in her eyes
"Life is senseless." Kinzer said with a light shrug. "Trying to justify death only makes it weigh on you, in the end."

The scene of the previous incident was blocked off to entry, clearly intense... clean-up going on to deal with those who had been killed in the accide
Grue amplified his senses to better see the crime scene. In fact, he was already thinking about reading the minds of those people who were here to collect more information.

Rhongomyniad breathed out quickly as she was pulled in, a silver blush appearing on her face automatically as she stayed silent, but her surprise was clear
"Look... I don't know how to make you feel better, alright? But. I do know how to hug people. Do you want me to keep hugging you?" Kinzer said.
Grue went to a place where no one could see him so he walked into a dark alley, so he could make himself properly invisible to human eyes so he could sneak in and see better. In fact, he was already thinking about reading the minds of those people who were here to collect more information.
(He can see in. By blocked off I meant to normal people, there's like those orange barricade things that people put up to block off roads and shit.)

"I know you don't... I just like being around you... so yes..." Rhongomyniad murmured, ducking her head under Kinzar's chin and returning the hug

"Good. Cause hugging is really all I'm working with, in terms of cheering people up..." Kinzer said, his embrace growing tighter.

There was not much that changed from last time, other than the fact that the scene had been cleaned up from the... corpses that were there previously. There wasn't much to investigate, really... Unless Grue did decide to read some minds.

With a sigh, Grue decided to scan people's minds, although he left private anything useless for his mission.

Grue, should he read any minds of the local authorities on the scene, was able to find details on the culprit of this gruesome scene. They were seemingly male, with golden eyes, seemingly a young teenager. Most had also concluded that the culprit suffered from some form of mental disorder or another, but, none could truly tell.

That already gave Grue a new target, he was willing to see if there was a connection, and if not, well at least it would help here.

(What does Grue do next?)
"If you want, I don't care either way." Rhongomyniad responded
"I don't care either, which is why I asked you, dumbass." Kinzer said with a chuckle.

(Look for clues to see if the murderer is related to corruption)
There were no obvious clues Grue could spot simply from looking at the crime scene. The bodies, the vehicle which killed the people, and everything had mostly been cleaned up, so Grue would be unable to deduce anything from such a scene unless he possessed intelligence far beyond what the GM previously thought.
"I know the feeling..." Rhongomyniad responded, shaking her head "well, if someone tries to kill us or has more corruption then normal, we know who to watch for I suppose."
"Yeah, I guess... Just... on edge, I guess. Things never are this quiet." Kinzer said.
