That's both. I more just mean is Majora's Mask using Skull Kid as a host or is the Mask's power unrestricted?

Alright. I'd say Majora likely takes the solid majority. Despite the speed disadvantage and being connected to Skull Kid's physical body, it was still perfectly unharmed at the epicenter of a planet destroying explosion, which isn't quite something Raditz can replicate or surpass. Not to mention Raditz's cocky attitude should cancel out the weaknesses brought about by Majora/Skull Kid's childish nature.

Raditz probably gets turned into a deku scrub.

I think i'm going based on what Azzy said. Raditz by scaling around Piccolo's Moon feat only places him around the lower end of Small Planet busting (don't know how close he is to the mid end of it but it probably doesn't matter), meaning he can't replicate anywhere near planet level busting power to beat Majora's durability.

So yeah, Majora likely takes this more than Raditz here in this case.
