Carrot scales to Perospero, who has scaling to Gear 3 Luffy, who is listed as being 150.74 Gigatons.

Which is a 5.8x difference, and Mirko scales above the value as her kicks tear through the bodies of 877.51 Gigaton characters.

Ulti and the other Tobiroppo's Zoan form are listed as 150.74 Gigatons, and that comes from scaling to Luffy's Gear 3. "The lowest High 6-C's like Monster Hody, Gear 3rd Beginning of Timeskip Luffy Luffy, and Zoan Forms Tobiroppo are scaled to 4x the middle 6-C's (150.75 Gigatons)"

You'll have to ask someone more knowledgeable on One-Piece for a definitive answer on this. For all I know, the verse page is wrong or something.
