R.O.B. (Smash Bros.) vs Genos (Latest upgrade)

Genos probably stomp, according to this site: http://www.1728.org/energy.htm the kirby feat R.O.B. is scaling from dosen't even reach two megaton, genos on the other hand has had four upgrade (against saitama, against the meteor, the G4 uprade and the dragon level one) since he did a 12 megaton ishe feat. He also has a lot of experiance figthing a lot of varied opponant.

ROB is City level via tanking the Reset Bombs, which were stated to be capable of "wiping out all signs of civilization", and continuing to fight within the explosion. The Kirby feat is just to support that in consistency.
Also, this is Smash Bros. R.O.B., so it's assumed that he's traded blows with every fighter on the roster.

Genos likely gets incinerated with his reflected Incinerate attack. It's a predictable move.

Guess I didn't correcly read the profile correcly, but how is "wiping out all signs of civilization" only a 7-B?

Because it's likely a glorified "destroying a city" statement. The bare minimum of what it could be.
Also, R.O.B. scales to the Entei feat of causing volcanoes to erupt. Volcanoes are typically 17-30 megatons.

I still think Genos would win as he has a more varied arsenal and mobility, the only adventage R.O.B. has is attack reflection but Genos has fougth on par whit monster who could outpace his beam. I also don't think R.O.B. experiance relly matter as he has beated G4 who has made to kill heroes.
