Can a fiction logically ground the term Omnipotence without any reference to R>F transcendence?

Yes, as long as the verse explains “omnipotence” and “Monadism” well, and also if they doesn't have any anti-feat, this character would be tier 0 without needing to have any R>F.

R>F means that you see all possible dimensions like fictions and you cannot be reached by them, you are greater then them all. But a verse can ground the term of “omnipotent” without having R>F
