That scan comes from the Undisputed Street Fighter: A 30th Anniversary Retrospective a US-made book not produced by Capcom, so we don't consider it valid.

There are several unofficial (but licensed) guides and books for most games, we apply a sort of strict policy on which can be used.

It's not in my plans to make it, as I have more impending wiki-related things to do, but you're free to ask a calc member to give it a try.
