Quick question on Marvel.

There's something I still don't fully understand... Does each reality have its own nightmare/dormammu realm? that is to say; Are there infinite kingdoms of nightmare and dormammu? I'm asking because I've seen some Marvel guides/glossaries that mention that each reality has its own realms and universe, however I haven't seen anything like that said in the comics either. Can someone help me with this question please?

Yes.
Earth 616 has it's own version of dormammu and so do other Earths as well.
