Quick Question About A Promotion (nothing too serious)

Is making a VS Thread promotion General Discussion allowed?
A thread where anyone can come and just promote a VS Thread that they have?
I saw some last year, but those haven't been up in like 18 months and I just wanted to make sure it wasn't against the rules or anything.

I don't think there is any rule against making those. The old ones probably just died due to lack of interest or upkeep.
