So part of you has passive Fear Manipulation. This coming from able to give Madeline panic attacks. But the problem is that she naturally suffered from them. Part of you is just the personification of them. But that doesn't mean Part of you can passively make anyone have a panic attack, she never showed she could, never did it to anyone like Theo, and doesn't even have any sort of implications she could. While the power would technically be able to stay on the page as she can specifically give Madeline panic attacks. There's no reason to assume it can work on anyone else. Which this should be noted for the ability,

That's about all. Unless I'm missing some information. Her passive fear manipulation should be noted not to work on others, as never displaying it, and it specifically being tailored to Madeline,

I don't think there's enough evidence to say she got panic attacks just because she was Madeline. Though I would say it only works on weak-willed characters, since it doesn't work on Theo and chapter 6 Madeline who accepted Part of You.

What evidence is there to say she can even give it to others aside from Madeline? All she did was terrify her into a panic attack. But it doesn't seem like a partial hack since she has panic attacks which is what Part of you embodies. The fact she can force her to have a panic attack makes sense because she is literally part of her. But there's no reason to assume she has that power on others. She has a special connection with Madeline which is why she can do it.

It works on Madeline because she was weak-willed, not just because she's Madeline, as shown by chapter 6 where she accepted Part of You. Her not causing other characters to have panic attacks isn't an argument when there's only about three other characters in the whole game.

Her not ever implying, showing nag, or saying she can makes it not really reliable to use. It has no reason at all to work on someone else other than Madeline. The fact she is specified to have panic attacks means she didn't really induce one, Part of you just caused one to happen.

Her not causing other characters to have panic attacks is an argument. Even if few characters are in the game because we don't assume for it. There needs to be evidence for it. Anyone could give someone a panic attack if they suffer from them.
