Quick OVA & Archie addition

I have a bigger CRT plan for something later but I want to get this done before I forget.

OVA
First, I'd like to include the The Tornado as Optional Equipment for Tails (OVA). Simple Enough

Second, separating the Egg Mobile from (adding its stats to the doctor's at the same time) Dr. Robotnik, so it may have its own page.

Archie
Swatbots (Archie) has been needing this addition for awhile. Attack Reflection + Resistance to Disintegration from bouncing off their own lasers.

This is last minute but now that Super Egg Robot is Low 2-C, I'm requesting the removal of Super Egg Robot as a Key for Dr. Eggman (Game)
