I don't think Son of M era of Quicksilver has a key - correct me if I am wrong tho. He was amped by the T Mist for a while and showed a lot of new and different abilities

That's just sad; I personally consider him one of my favorite characters and he's one of the few reasons why I care for the X-Men anyway...I wish he'd get the same kind of relevance DC gives The Flash

Does this also explain why Quicksilver has that 9-A tier rating? I feel it's criminally underrating Quicksilver especially since most of the people he scales to (like Cap) are easily above that tier.

Heck, I just realized Quicksilver's MCU counterpart can reach up to the high 8-C tier whereas the comic counterpart that's superior in every sense of the word is stuck at 9-A...how does that work?
