In brazilian groups, they really doubt about the Outerverse Level Masada chars because they got affected by time(Ren's law, even when that is more like an stagnation + immutability than time stop).

Even when I say that Taikyoku transcends duality, dimensions, infinite concepts and etc, they say "That isn't outerversal."

About the "affected by time", what exactly makes Hadou/Gudou Gods 1-A when they are affected by it?

It's 1-As perception of time.
