Currently, do pairs such as Yin-Yang, Life-Death, and Good-Evil still satisfy the conditions to be classified as Paraconsistent Physiology? Even though the verse considers them opposing pairs.

The wiki considers existence and nothingness as one.
Like if
life is existence,creation,light etc
And death is nothingness,darkness,death etc should work

All those things refer to the same thing. If you agree that existence and nonexistence is a logical duality, then how is life (which in this context is existence/being) not one when they are not different. It’s just a case where life just refers to existence.
Unrelated but what is your opinion on if things like life,death,existence,nonexistence,illusion/unreality,reality , light and darkness are all in yin yang type relationships. Would that be enough?

No, only existence and existence would be logical duality, life and death and just a collection of a bunch of things, which includes existence and nonexistence in it, unless life is existence only, and death is nonexistence only
