Questions about Leon and Tyrant

So Leon is speed is rated Superhuman because he outran Tyrant who can run up to 43 miles pee hour yet Tyrent is only rated Peak Human in speed. Is their a statement or video someone can show me where it says Tyrant can move 43 mph and show me where Leon outrunning him.

Also how could Leon survive any hit from tyrant? Wouldn't that be pis given that Tyrant can easily rip humans apart or smash them with no effort

Well, even though it is necromancy but new CG film confirmed that Leon has better durability (or more accurately Endurance) compared to Chris since he is much faster to recover from similar hits.

The said feat came from the second CG film where Leon got uppercut from Tyrant T-103 and thrown several dozens meters into marble columns.
