Can immeasurable speed be added with amplifier stats (including speed)?.

For example, if the base speed is immeasurable, then using black mode that can double all stats up to 10x, does the speed remain immeasurable or become immeasurable 10x above the baseline?

Yes. Speed becomes Immeasurable 10x above baseline.

Scaling chain, stats amp is basic thing of power scaling, so of course you can have them with speed like infinite or immeasurable speed

Probably not Immeasurable 10x above the baseline, but rather just something that's rated as "higher" — Above baseline couldn't be rated through multipliers, afaik.

Just take a look at Rimuru's profile in which 1 million times amplifier for their perception speed is rated as "far faster" — Though, should be far higher but eh..

I think super saiyan blue Goku gets an immeasurable 20 million x above baseline by comparing xeno Goku super saiyan 4 who has an amplifier of 20 million x

I heard that the increase in strength in dragon ball also increases their speed? If so, will mechikabura become immeasurable infinite x above baseline? because he absorbs everything and becomes strong.
