Questions about a few abilities

Does recreating the universe give a character Spatial Manipulation and Time Manipulation? Are any other abilities gained from such a feat?

Also, does existing outside of time give a character resistance to Time Manipulation and Time Paradox Immunity?

Well, since you are basically creating space and time, i think so, yes

I'm pretty sure Time is basically a linear progression of cause and effect, and without Time, neither the cause nor the effect can exist, so i believe this is Acausality
