So its come to me that certain verses like CM, masada, and maybe DC have certain characters with a "nigh omniscient rating" or a "omniscient" rating for their intelligence.
Ex: lucifers nigh omniscient because hes a trickster which is vague, hypnos is described as nigh omniscient because he represents dreams and has knowledge of the outer gods. However wasnt hypnos mind exploding because he tried comprehending the 2nd gate?
Nyarlathotep doesnt have a explanation at all for his intelligence
As ive looked through the masadaverse pages it doesnt seem like any of them have a explanation. Also while having a small amount of knowledge from the novel myself wouldnt someone like mercurius only be a legitimate nigh omniscient? I mean there are many things the hadou gods dont see coming. Like new gods coming to take the throne, the thrones existence, naraka, the pantheon etc
Maybe you guys do have legitimate answers to my questions but im just wondering, since this sorta of thing came up in the umineko revisions and again some intelligence ratings are vague
