Presumably finite (could be infinite, but that's more speculation) simply due to the countless number of timelines created and destroyed via resetting the world...and stuff like Omega Flowey.XXRiosrockXx said:

Well what Multiverse model does Undertale use? Once one can establish what Multiverse model it uses, they can confirm if it's a really big number but still finite or infinite.
