Question?

It's relatively a simple concept. It's just a higher being normally higher dimensional or outerversal creates another being who is in truth a lower and weaker part of himself normally lower dimensioned or a 1-A creating an aspect of itself that is bound by dimensions. True Form Darkseid employs the use of Avatars, as does Brainiac from DC. The reason as to why they use it varies, they might want to have a bigger influence, so they create avatars an employ them across realities. They might want to play around in a lower dimension.

Depends on the verse. Different fictions attribute different value to these terms, it's best to just say the examples you're confused about.

Generally however, an aspect of something is more a part of a being, when an avatar is usually a creation of that being. For example, Kairos Fateweaver and other Tzeentchian daemons can be considered aspects of Tzeentch, but Kairos isn't tzeentch's avatar.

I don't know. Supernatural isn't a verse I'm knowledgeable on.
