What do you mean by "What does it qualify as"?
If you mean by Wiki Standards it'd be classified as a Universal Energy System as all there attacks with Tao and the like come from there own supply of Tao from which they can also use to strengthen their body
Also lemme know if you need help for the page I can Ninja through the whole manga real quick and find all the panels relating to Tao
