Question regarding universes and spacetimes.

've been looking at the dbz map and was wondering if there can be two spacetimes/4-dimensional models inside another spacetime/4-dimensional model, because that seems to be the case in dbz. But jus putting dbz aside, is it possible to have two 4-dimensional models inside another 4-dimensional or would that e 5-dimensional?

I don't know if you are familiar with Max Tegmark's multiverse classification scheme, but from what I understand of it, a multiverse of causally isolated universes can be contained within a multiverse of timelines, so I would say yes.
