Question Regarding Arceus and Creation Trio upgrade.

I talked to this with a few others earlier but, still having some curiousity towards this, I decided to make a thread asking this incase it would still hold value. Please forgive me if I wasnt supposed to ask this.

So recently the Creation Trio got upgraded to "At Least Low 2-C" and Arceus's Incomplete Key being flat out 2-C because of Dialga and Palkia being able to stablize all of Time-Space itself with a mere Breathe/Heartbeat, making them casual Universe Level+ in their Sealed Forms.

But something I thought of came up for this. If this applies to their Sealed Forms, wouldnt this also apply to their Unsealed Forms? In other words, if they in their true forms can stablize all of Time-Space casually throughout the Multiverse, then shouldnt their Unsealed Forms also be upgraded? IF so, then instead of "Likely 2-B", they should be just flat out 2-B. This would of course scale to Arceus who would probably become "At Least 2-B, Likely/Possibly Higher".

Does anyone see issues with this? Personally, I thought (And still do feel) it was strange how their "Breathe/Heartbeat stablizing Time and Space" statements would apply to their Sealed Forms but not to their true forms. Of course I can be wrong and if I am I will admit to it. I would just like if this could be answered when possible. Thank you.

That's not how it works. They're "likely" 2-B due to the size of the multiverse, nothing about the casualness changes that. Along with the matter that the statement applying to their unsealed forms is purely a theory.

And they're definitely not being bumped to "At least 2-B".

"At Least 2-B" was only an option. Flat out 2-B was possible too but regardless I understand what your saying.

But would the statement apply to their Unsealed Forms is what im confused about. Where does it state this only applies to their Sealed Forms?

While we are on this, should I put Arceus back at Low 2-C? Not sure if we're allowed to make jumps like that in this tier. Might've not been my best decision...

We had Seiya at High 3-A for slightly hurting a 2-C person. Pretty sure 2-C would be reasonable. Arceus did affect 2 universes in the movie.
