So here's a question: Where do we rank characters who can destroy multiple dimensions of time? If the universe being destroyed contains is 3D spatially and 2D temporally, would that make said character High 2-A? After all, one dimension of time bumps it from High 3-A to Low 2-C. If they control an universe of infinite temporal dimensions are they High 1-B?
Secondly, why do we rank characters who create an infinite universe as High 3-A sometimes? Why would we assume these characters didn't create time as well? Time is a result of perceiving the world around you. Therefore, if there is perception there must be time by proxy. Otherwise the characters would be incapable of movement due to having no sense of perspective, if they did move they wouldn't even be aware of it. The other option is assuming these characters don't need time to perceive things normally, implying a transcendence over it.
