Question on Mid-Godly Regen

Just a quick question so I won't get this confused for the sake of future characters (and verses that I plan on adding to the wikia, already working on one atm and part of this concerns them).

So this is what it says to have Mid-Godly Regenerationn:

*Mid-Godly: Able to regenerate from nothing.

As simple as this looks and sounds, I would like a bit more clarifacation.

When it says "nothing", is this meaning:

• You are reduced to completely nothing, as in no part of your being is left behind to come back from and you still come back?

I know this seems im overthinking it, but I would just like an answer so it won't happen again. Thank you.

Nothing = Complete destruction of body and soul.

It means regenerating without body and soul. Of course, there are higher degrees of mid-godly. For example, regenerating from conceptual erasure is >>>>> regenerating from body+soul erasure, but it's still mid-godly
