so on ths site a 4d being>3d. but outof site i wonder if this is the same thing. because being more complex doesnt really entail being stronger?

The concept of a more complex entity will be higher than the lower dimension and will be imperceptible. To give an example, a 4-dimensional being's ability to attack will not be perceived by a 3-dimensional being, as it will come from a 4th axis.

But why would that make them stronger in terms of attacks

No, it's all dependant on the verse in question, or however other sites manage their Tiering System, there are no set rules when it comes to dimensionality and power.

Because youre ignoring the actual conditions for it to be applicable. Higher-dimensional statement will barely get you this without proof. Let alone a AP rating. For 4D to matter, like you assert correctly actually, the powerscaler in question has to extensivly proof that the 4D in question is a actual higher infinity and applicable for power.

So you are right, just being "higher dimensional" is meaningless. You are incorrect in the assumption that this wiki grants shit for just being "higher dimensional".
