Question for the wiki staff

I've only been on this wiki for more than a week, but I would like to know how I can tell on a wiki page or in a discussion whether information is false or not, one example I found was a photoshopped manga panel of burtur saying he was faster than light, how can you guys tell or I can tell how information like that is false?

I'm not saying this specific statement is false, just how I can find out if information like this is false whether on a wiki page or during an argument.
usually none of the info is false unless we are talking about some obscure page that nobody has touched in a few years.

If you wanna see whether something is fake or not then simply check it for yourself, find the same thing by yourself and see whether or not it is actually there. A few more extreme cases had people asking the creators themselves about it.
