Question about Transcendence, Infinitesimal and Qualitative Superior

Will just using the phrase "Transcendence" without having a value like the Infinitesimal gap in it eliminate the Qualitative Superior aspect? and also will it eliminate the potential to get Higher Dimensional?

Statements of transcendence of its own without explanation are basically meaningless and won't get the QS needed for Tier 1, that is correct.

So what about characters whose transcendence of space and time will get an ability that is not Higher Dimensional?

Is it because the word "Transcendence" here has a value that is not equivalent to Qualitative Superior? so it is not included in the Higher Dimensional qualification?

The word transcendence doesn't hold any inherent value of its own and only gives tiers and abilities when supplemented with additional evidence that explains what it means.
