question about the "4 galaxies" being quadrants

Hello everyone, even if it's logical to say the "4 galaxies" are quadrants I'd like to know if it was stated by a character or the narrator (for example in "Jaco the galactic patrolman") or by someone IRL officially (in an interview or in an official magazine for example).

They were stated to be Areas not Galaxies, I think.

Are you sure of it? Is it a translation from the word they used in japanese?

It was a mistranslation. Úèǵ▓│ Translates to both galaxy and galaxies in English from Japanese, so it was only a slight mistake.

I mean even if it were galaxy (singular), it was directly retconned in DBS where Super Shenron grows to Multi-Galactic scale and we see hundreds of Galaxies at the very least
