Question about speed amp in speed equal threads

So, my understanding is that as long as it isn't a direct speed amp, but rather something that indirectly boosts speed (like time manip) it's perfectly okay.

However, I have a very specific question about this. If a character uses gravity manip to boost there speed, will it still count in a equal match? What if the boost gives them infinite speed?
