I haven't actually read Bastard!! But on other websites I have constantly seen people place Satan at universal+ for creating a MINI-UNIVERSE(Space-Time Continuum apparently)
in his hands. I don't know if this has been asked before, but i would like someone to explain a bit on why/why not this would be considered universe+, Thanks. Would this kind of upscale him as well considering how this was pre-TS(before he trained)?
