Question about potency and what it allow

The question is we have a character that have a subjective reality that can do that (4D hax),
"make any damage "that was" into something that "was not" passively"
and that "Hit Detection does not exist for the character, rendering any direct attack useless" vs a character that have an infinity layered mind hax potency (4Dhax too).

Does we count the subject reality being able to negate the damage that the mind hax will do and not having hit detection making that the character will never be hit by the mind hax,
Or does we count the mind hax being able to bypass these hax because of his potency?

uh, depends on how the 2 works, and it also depends as what they count as damage also the second sr, if the mindhax is aoe it should work since it talks specifically about direct attacks

Mind manip count for damage as the hax already countered thing like that, for the second the direct atk is about her not being struck by them ("as reality perceives her as "not being struck" by any attack")

In that case, since this isn’t conventional resistance, but making the attack never hit, the potency of the mind hax shouldn’t matter.
