Question about Organator

Currently, Organtor is street level, but i've been wondering, would it be wall level for breaking through carbon-fiber-titanium reinforced glass, if so then it might need some sort of revision.
 
It would not, reinforced glass IRL is mainly to make sure that glass that breaks doesn't fly everywhere
Plus I think stuff like car shields are still 9-C destruction wise
