Question about Omnipresence

i had a question if a character can transcend time and space like Lambdadelta that stated to be omnipresent , and another character that has infinite raw speed but they can enter the higher dimentions like 5 or 6 and levels of reality , is Lambdadelta still faster than them or she is just omnipresent in 4D space ?

I see so if a verse has 5D in maximum the omnipresent characters are only omnipresent in 5D not 6 or highers
