Question about Omnidirectional Attack Speed

So from what I understand, we can give attack speed to omnidirectional attacks based on the amount of distance covered by them in a given period of time (I believe one of Dragon ball Super's main speed feats is attained this way).

My question is how would this apply to the higher end feats. Would being able to destroy a multiverse with an infinite number of timelines via a blast originating from oneself thus be Infinite speed? And would destroying a space-time continuum with an infinite timeline also be the same (since the attack would expand across that temporal dimension as well)? Or are there specific rules to this sort of speed scaling?
