Question about NEP

So, on the NEP page is says this:

Such a state defies even the most basic logical principles and is unknowable in the truest form, as it is not a state at all

So, does that mean anything that's impossible to comprehend or defies description=NEP 2?

Yeah, really specific question, but this is actually about if Unicron really does meet the requirements for NEP type 2

Don't know about Unicron, but for the general question: No. It is only an additional requirement. One has to demonstrate non-existence (on a conceptual level... whatever that means in detail) first and then this must be a property of said non-existence.
At least that's how I would interpret things.

Well, I have a question about it's requirement, but is simply being conceptually erased and from history, and yet still existing enough to warrant NEP2? Or do we need more evidence that they are immune to attacks and stuff?
