I saw that Gloxinia's feat was calc as Mountain level so why he and others who weaker than him rank as Large Mountain level?

Large mountain level is a high end for the calc which is consistent with monspeet who has a large mountain level feat as well, guessing that's the reasoning.

Not when it's consistent with other feats, if there are characters who are logically comparable, in this case monspeet and gloxina and one has a large mountain level feat and the other as well but as a high end, the high end can be used, drole also has a large mountain feat as a high end, so large mountain level is fairly consistent, it's not a one time thing.
